Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Access

Only users registered by the provider/admin side are authorized to log in. Public self-registration is not allowed.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed under the account is the responsibility of the account holder.

3. Order Process

• Orders can be placed only after successful login
• 20% advance payment is mandatory at order confirmation
• Remaining 80% payment must be cleared before dispatch

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched only after full payment confirmation. Dispatch timelines depend on product availability and logistics conditions.

5. No Return Policy

Once goods are dispatched, returns, refunds, or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Payment Policy

All payments made through My Godown are final and non-refundable. Users must ensure correctness of order details before confirming payment.

Limitation of Liability

IndoWel and My Godown shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, delays in dispatch, or third-party logistics issues.
